Ian Harding is proving himself as one of Hollywood's brightest and most promising new young talent. Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Harding moved with his family to Virginia where he discovered his passion for theater performance at Georgetown. He continued to pursue his talents as he attended the prestigious performing arts school Carnegie Mellon University.
"Pretty Little Liars" is Harding's first major role as a series regular, and he has quickly became a fan favorite as he won the 2010, 2011, and 2012 Teen Choice Award for Choice Summer TV: Male and the 2013 Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Actor: Drama.
Harding recently wrapped production on the indie feature "Dynamite: A Cautionary Tale," which is based on a true story. Set in the 60s, it is the story of how one young man, looking to get ahead in life and do right by the girl he loves, gets lured into a seedy world and his entire life begins to spiral out of control.
Harding made his acting debut in the 2009 film "Adventureland," as a wealthy prepster, which starred Kirsten Stewart, Ryan Reynolds, and Jesse Eisengberg. Other notable credits include his work in "Love and Other Drugs" "Deadtime Stories" and "NCIS: Los Angeles."
Harding currently resides in Los Angeles and enjoys yoga, soccer, football and basketball.
