1. One Of Magnus' many pads.

Pros: He has a flat in Paris that would be a very romantic setting for a first date. He also has a ready supply of cocktails in all his apartments. 

Cons: The date could be interrupted by an injured werewolf looking for a healer (eg. Luke). Or, a crazy ex-girlfriend...

2. The Seelie Glade.

Pros: Malec will be surrounded by the beauty of nature. They would also have access to some great tree portals if they want to go on a trip to an alternate dimension.

Cons: It's difficult to find the Seelie glade without assistance. Also, Meliorn might gatecrash their date and Alec does not need to hang out with anymore immortals. He already feels left out!

3. The Hotel DuMort.

Pro: The decor is pretty fabulous. It doesn't get much classier than a shiny gold couch! Also, there is a secret blood fridge in case of emergencies.

Cons: There are a bunch of hostile vampires living there. And one of them used to date Magnus...

4. The Bachelor Party Bar.

Pros: We already know that it's the perfect venue for a two-person party! There is also some great art going on in the background, which the cultured Magnus is sure to appreciate.

Cons: The only way to get there is to let Izzy blindfold you. There also doesn't seem to be any bar staff...

5. PanDEMONium.

Pros: Magnus owns the club so everything would be free! Moreover, the clientele are very interesting and the music is pumping!

Cons: A lot of the interesting clientele have gone into hiding to avoid Valentine. And sometimes there are Circle members there buying blood from Demons. So it might not be the most romantic setting.

6. Valentine's Chernobyl Hideout.

Pros: Malec can do some experiments as a fun date activity! That place is full of surprises, such as long-lost fathers hidden in lockers!

Cons: Demons and Circle members will often drop by. And it seems pretty likely that Valentine will be there. In his own evil lair.

7. The Alternate Dimension.

Pros: Malec can attend a fabulous party (with an amazing theme) and drink out of adorable teacups while expressing their love for each other!

Cons: Raj might try to stop Magnus from getting into the party. Classic Raj.

8. The Jade Wolf.

Pros: Luke and Simon might be there! There's no way Camille would set foot in the werewolf hideout, and who doesn't love Chinese food?

Cons: The place is usually full of hostile werewolves. And the customer service leaves much to be desired...

9. Java Jones.

Pros: Malec will be guaranteed a great cup of coffee, and the nice barista lady will keep an eye on them.

Cons: Simon might gatecrash the date because he is the biggest Malec shipper of them all. Get ready to have your relationship compared to various movie scenarios!

10. Renwick's.

Pros: It's located outside of the city beside a river. It would be a great place to hold a warehouse rave, if they're in the mood to party!

Cons: This place is usually full of demons. Also, they might get small pox.

11. The Silent City.

Pros: The flaming torches create a romantic candlelit experience. Also, Camille would perish if she tried to get in.

Cons: It's full of bones.

12. The Institute.

Pros: There are lots of weapons available in case evil comes a'knocking (or an ex-vampire-lover). And all of their friends will be there!

Cons: The place sometimes gets broken into by creepy zombie Shadowhunters. And all of their friends will be there.

13. Valentine's Ship.

Pros: Sailing is such a romantic activity. And they can travel the world together!

Cons: It's full of Valentines evil new Shadowhunters. Also they seem to only travel at night so sightseeing could be difficult.

14. Camille's apartment.

Pros: They can travel there in Simon's awesome van! Also, there are loads of books to read. #BookwormLifestyle

Cons: We're about 99% sure that Camille will be there. In her apartment. Kissing warlocks and making mean comments about their bae.
